Pinnacle Equity Trust provides digital banking and payment-related services as described on our website and in your account agreements. Specific products may be subject to additional schedules or disclosures.
You must meet minimum age and residency requirements and complete identity verification where required. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, fraud, money laundering, harassment, or to interfere with security or operations. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably suspect a breach.
Transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and card use are subject to processing times, cut-offs, fees, exchange rates, and limits shown in your dashboard or product terms. You authorise us to debit or credit your accounts accordingly.
We may send notices by email, in-app message, or post to your registered address. You are responsible for keeping contact details current.
Software, branding, and content provided through the Services remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use them for personal or internal business banking as permitted.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party integrations (e.g. payment networks) are outside our full control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or loss of profits, except where such exclusion is prohibited. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinnacle Equity Trust and its affiliates against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
We may modify these Terms or discontinue features with reasonable notice where required. You may close your account according to product rules; we may close or restrict accounts for legal, risk, or operational reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Pinnacle Equity Trust’s operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
